We regularly travel throughout Invercargill, Bluff, Makarewa, and Edendale. We can travel further throughout Southland if required depending on the nature of the work.

We complete many different projects from bathroom renovations, fencing and gates, re-roofs, sheds and garages, and new builds.

We also do our own excavation and site cleaning, made easier with use of our own digger and dump trucks.

We are also able to assist with the designing process and any required council consents.

We have an on-site team of 8, including apprentices and qualified builders. We also employ three part-time support staff who manage accounts and marketing.

We have a great team of contractors who we have developed a close working relationship with over the years.

We can arrange all contractors that would be needed to complete your project, however, if you have a preferred contractor, we are happy to work with them also.

Depending on the size of your project we will request a 50% deposit with the remaining amount due on completion.

If the project is more extensive and/or requires design and consents, we will typically ask for a 10% deposit with progress payments made as the project progresses.
